Paul Bitdorf, Managing Director
Paul Bitdorf has more than 25 years’ experience in property development and is responsible for the overall management of the group, project identification and joint venture capital raising. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous real estate qualifications. His extensive expertise allows him to recognise market trends, demands and conditions to accurately predict project outcomes. He has experience in all different streams of the industry including rural, residential and commercial, portfolio management and tourism real estate. Additionally, he excels in the area of property development, with a concise understanding of the development market. Paul believes he has the in-depth knowledge and understanding required to be an effective spokes person for the industry that he has built up his career in. He has a knack for recognising future trends in property, and prides himself on having a good holistic understanding of the Australian real estate market, and where it is heading in an overall sense. His ability to objectively view the bigger picture has contributed to his strong reputation in the Real Estate industry. For the past 15 years Paul has been invited to conduct lectures at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). Furthermore, every few months, he volunteers his time at REIWA to answer public enquiries about the real estate market. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer at the Curtin University School of Economics and Finance over the ongoing period of 6 years.
Danne Forte, Managing Director

Over 40 years work experience in engineering, project and construction management of which 30 years as managing director and board director of numerous international and Australian construction and building companies which executed major infrastructure projects in over 10 countries on 3 continents including major power stations, industrial plants, infrastructure tunnels, bridges, hospitals, airports, major government buildings and residential compounds of up to 1200 houses.
Ronnie Elhaj, Director Marketing & Sales Director Acquisitions
Ronnie Elhaj is the Director of Marketing & Sales and Acquisitions at Nicheliving and a co-founder of the Nicheliving Group. He is responsible for project marketing, overall company marketing and the development of new project concepts. Ronnie specialises in all aspects related to property investment and has transacted more than $450 million in property. Ronnie is an expert in property and will offer his unbiased view of the WA market and allows persons to form their own opinions. He also heads Nicheliving’s site acquisitions team and has identified opportunities that have consistently outperformed the market, even during some of the world’s most challenging economic conditions. Ronnie was recognised as one of Western Australia’s top young business entrepreneurs at the WA Business News 40 Under40 Awards and was named by BRW Magazine as one of Australia’s most successful young property development entrepreneurs in the past few years. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. Ronnie’s opinion is regularly sought after by media and the press; he has been featured in The Sunday Times Real Estate and Home lift-out multiple times, The West Australian Real Estate and also the Australian Property Investor Magazine. His articles are often about building property portfolios and making predictions about the future of the property market.
