It was recently announced that the City of Canning is looking to approve a $70 million makeover of its city centre that will include 10,000 new homes, a light rail and sinking part of Albany Highway underground to allow people to walk from the centre to the river.
Nicheliving’s current projects in Willetton and Cannington, as well as its upcoming East Cannington development all fall within the City of Canning and will benefit from the various infrastructure upgrades and additions.
The City’s vision is expected to take place over a period of 10 years and provide 15,000 new jobs.
