with additional sites for future Niche Living projects to be identified.
The first Niche estate is located in Bentley and is now complete.
THE TEAM BEHIND THE NICHE
The directors of Australian Property Alliance (APA) have more than fifty years' combined experience in property development, investment, sales, marketing and management.
Managing Director, Paul Bitdorf
Paul has more than 20 years’ experience and is responsible for the overall management of the group, project identification and joint venture capital raising. Paul has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and numberous real estate qualifications. His extensive expertise allows him to recognise market trends, demands and conditions to effectively predict project outcomes. Paul enjoys a solid reputation in the Western Australian property industry.
Development Management & Realisation and Finance, Danne Forte
Danne has extensive qualifications in property development, with over 38 years' industry experience on three continents. He has degrees in engineering and business administration, as well as a PhD in Management. Danne is responsible for business development, feasibility and project management of joint venture developments.
Director of Marketing & Sales, Ronnie Elhaj
Ronnie is responsible for project marketing, site identification, overall company marketing and development of new project concepts such as The Niche. He specialises in off-the-plan sales and has marketed more than (AUD) $200 million in actual project sales. Ronnie was recognized as one of Western Australia's top young business entrepreneurs at the 2008 WA Business News 40under40 Awards. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and is a co-founder of APA.

APA is proud of its record as a good corporate citizen.
We are a member of the UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) and work closely with local councils and government departments and enjoy good relationships with our contractors, suppliers and employees.
We are sensitive to the needs of local residents and appoint a liaison officer for each development we undertake to ensure that community feedback is registered.
We are a generous supporter of Princess Margaret Hospital via the PMH Foundation and are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. Not only are all of our new developments designed and built to comply with the minimum national requirements of the 5 Star rating, but we are going a step further by implementing the WA State Government’s 5 Star Plus initiative as well.
