Assistant Property Manager

Our property management division provides property owners with a range of services to ensure their Nicheliving-managed rental property is a financially sound and effective investment. Our service covers every aspect of property management, from tenant selection and legal documentation through to rent collection, property inspections and ongoing maintenance.
We are seeking a motivated individual to become a member of our dynamic team of property professionals to undertake the role of Assistant Property Manager.
The successful candidate needs to be registered and familiarity with Gee Dee software will be an advantage. You need to be well presented, and confident in your ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
The job involves a lot of time spent outside of the office conducting property inspections so you will need to feel comfortable being out of the office for extended periods of time throughout the day. A valid driver’s license is essential.
