The locations for The Niche are selected based on their existing infrastructure and high growth potential.
All The Niche estates are conveniently situated in popular established suburbs within Perth’s metropolitan area and are close to shops, schools, hospitals, public transport, recreational and sporting facilities, major road networks and the CBD. Initially The Niche is being developed in Armadale and Kelmscott with additional Niche Living sites to follow. The first Niche Estate is located in Bentley and is now complete.
