*The rental incentives are $6,000 per annum and $2,000 per annum (Rental Incentives) from the Federal Government and State Government or Territory respectively. The Rental Incentives are provided under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). The incentives are in the form of taxation offsets or non assessable income subject to the conditions of NRAS, with investors applying for an interest in the Questus Residential Investment Fund. The rental incentives are indexed by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) each year. The offer for properties which are approved to receive the Rental Incentives is made via the Questus Residential Investment Fund (QRIF). Investors will need to obtain a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which is issued in accordance with Chapter 7.9 of the Corporations Act. Questus Funds Management Limited AFSL 286 318 is the responsible manager of the QRIF. All investors, advisors and interested parties when considering whether to acquire, advise or sell interests in the QRIF should obtain a copy of the PDS and consider its contents before acquiring and interest.
