Paul Bitdorf has more than 25 years’ experience in property development and is responsible for the overall management of the Nicheliving Group, project identification and joint venture capital raising.

Since 2002, he has overseen over $400 million worth of property development projects and currently manages a team of over 100 employees. His extensive expertise allows him to recognise market trends, demands and conditions in order to accurately predict project outcomes. He has experience in all different streams of the industry including rural, residential and commercial, portfolio management and tourism real estate. Additionally, he has a knack for recognising future trends in property, and prides himself on having a good holistic understanding of the Australian real estate market, and where it is heading in an overall sense. His ability to objectively view the bigger picture has contributed to his strong reputation in the real estate industry.

For the past 15 years, Paul has been invited to conduct lectures at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and he also volunteers his time at REIWA to answer public enquiries about the real estate market. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer at the Curtin University School of Economics and Finance over an ongoing period of 6 years. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous real estate qualifications.

Ronnie Michel-Elhaj is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Nicheliving and has transacted over $500 million in property. He is responsible for managing and integrating the group’s various business units including property development, construction, real estate and financial services. He also heads Nicheliving’s site acquisitions team and has identified opportunities that have consistently outperformed the Perth property market, even during some of the world’s most challenging economic conditions.
Ronnie has been recognised as one of Western Australia’s top business entrepreneurs at the WA Business News 40 Under 40 Awards and was named by Financial Review Magazine as one of Australia’s most successful property development entrepreneurs. His views and opinion is regularly sought after by media and the press; he’s been featured in The Sunday Times, The West Australian and other respected industry publications including Australian Property Investor Magazine, Smart Property Investment and Property Observer. Ronnie’s expertise allows him to offer his unbiased view of the WA market and allows clients to form their own opinions. He is a licensed Real Estate Representative and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.
