The $150 million development spans eight-hectares
and comprises 257 contemporary single and double storey strata-titled homes on an average lot size of 270 sqm.
It is the first major new home release in Willetton for many years and the project has been consistently bucking the trend in Perth’s lacklustre real estate market with strong price growth and rapid sales.
