Citizenship
A Nicheliving home away from home.
We take pride in being citizens of the communities in which we build, live and play.
Because of this, we are committed to improving the lives of West Australians who are in need by gathering the support of our team to build a range of new homes at no charge.
So far, we have undertaken and covered the cost of development for three-family homes to the value of over $600,000.
We have also raised over $200,000 for the Perth Children’s Hospital through various fundraising initiatives.
Sustainability
We create housing with a minimal green impact, through advanced sustainable design and the use of environmentally friendly features. All future homes will run on renewable energy, with the first 200 currently under development across Inglewood, Tapping and East Cannington Nicheliving Homes.
Nicheliving is certified by Bureau Veritas Certification for the following Standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System;
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System;
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Integrated Management System is regularly audited by external auditors to ensure continual adherence to those standards.
Affordability
Affordability has always been a key priority. Our ongoing commitment to providing affordable high-quality homes in established areas has been recognised by the Urban Development Institute of Western Australia with multiple awards.
Over 2000 of our homes have delivered $820 million in value.
