Paul Bitdorf
Executive Chairman

Paul Bitdorf has more than 30 years’ experience in property development. Since 2002, he has overseen over $500 million worth of property development projects. He has experience in all different streams of the industry including rural, residential and commercial, portfolio management and tourism real estate. Additionally, he excels in the area of property development, with a concise understanding of the development market. He has a knack for recognising future trends in property, and prides himself on having a good holistic understanding of the Australian real estate market. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous real estate qualifications.

Anthony Spagnolo
Investor Relations Manager

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia with a triple major in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Political Science and International Relations. He is the investment relations and corporate growth manager at Nicheliving. After graduating university, Anthony worked as a ministerial adviser in the state government and progressed to join federal finance minister Mathias Cormann’s Canberra office as senior budget adviser. Anthony joined Nicheliving in early 2021 after moving home to Western Australia to start a family. Anthony is a strong advocate for WA’s residential development sector and applies his passion for the sector in his management role and work with Nicheliving’s investor community.

John Broadway
Lead Adviser

With a career in banking and finance spanning more than 30 years, John has been involved in private banking, structured finance, leasing and fleet management, and business lending. He has held senior executive roles in large financial groups, including Investec Bank, Lease Plan NV and Absa Bank in South Africa. John’s business experience has broadened through several other non-bank business interests, including fourteen years in founder, owner and executive roles in the SME finance sector in Australia. He brings his skills in risk and credit, and long experience in investment management and investor relations, to his role as a Responsible Manager of AFSL companies and as a Lead Advisor to Nicheliving Capital.
