Paul Bitdorf
Executive Chairman
Paul Bitdorf has more than 30 years’ experience in property development. Since 2002, he has overseen over $500 million worth of property development projects. He has experience in all different streams of the industry including rural, residential and commercial, portfolio management and tourism real estate. Additionally, he excels in the area of property development, with a concise understanding of the development market. He has a knack for recognising future trends in property, and prides himself on having a good holistic understanding of the Australian real estate market. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and numerous real estate qualifications.
John Broadway
Lead Adviser
With a career in banking and finance spanning more than 30 years, John has been involved in private banking, structured finance, leasing and fleet management, and business lending. He has held senior executive roles in large financial groups, including Investec Bank, Lease Plan NV and Absa Bank in South Africa. John’s business experience has broadened through several other non-bank business interests, including fourteen years in founder, owner and executive roles in the SME finance sector in Australia. He brings his skills in risk and credit, and long experience in investment management and investor relations, to his role as a Responsible Manager of AFSL companies and as a Lead Advisor to Nicheliving Capital.
David Yeow
Non Executive Director
David holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited and its Audit Committee appointed David as an Independent Director on 2 January 2020. In addition to this, he is an external consultant for Osteopore International Pte Ltd. Until the end of December 2022, Mr. Yeow was an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. A Senior Partner at Rajah & Tann LLP since 1999, he is also a member of its Remuneration Committee and its Executive Committee. Previously, Yeow served as an Independent and Non-Executive Director of Noble Group Limited, which was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s Official List; and Bund Center Investment Limited, which was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s Official List.
