Never fear, we are here to help and have sourced our top 8 favourite smoothie recipes using food staples you most likely already have, each with their own health benefit. The best part? These are all kid-friendly so if you are wearing thin on the puzzles, arts n crafts and movie options for the young ones then get them involved with whipping up these delicious smoothies so together we can beat the heat and this lockdown.

  1. Pina Colada’s for the AM

We have sourced the most delicious Pina Colada Smoothie recipe (alcohol free) perfect for the morning to give you that hint of tropical paradise and a bunch of healthy benefits. Yep, steamed cauliflower…but don’t judge it until you try it because it is delicious, and your organs will be thanking you later as the health benefits are off the Richter scale. This Beet-it smoothie recipe also includes cherries for an added touch of sweetness, we didn’t have protein powder so left this out, but we highly recommend giving this one a go.
