Nicheliving Specialist Disability Accommodation provide NDIS housing support and offer a range of Specialist Disability Accomodation (SDA) options across Perth. Our dedicated team work closely with NDIS participants supporting their goals to live more independently. Our team will assist participants exploring NDIS housing options and our SDA homes.

What is Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)?
SDA refers to extra supportive housing for people with very high needs.
Managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), SDA is a Government initiative providing funding for people with disabilities to assist them in securing independent housing.
The funding supports the cost of specialist properties and stimulates investment in the development of new properties.
