Sky Homes Nicheliving – Official Construction Launch!

Sky Homes Nicheliving located on the iconic Beaufort Street strip aims to help revitalise the Inglewood precinct with sustainability and technology focused apartments and commercial space while retaining the heritage shop fronts along Beaufort Street.

These single and double storey luxury apartments have seen strong demand with over 60% apartments sold off the plan.

Ronnie Michel-Elhaj our Managing Director and Paul Bitdorf our Executive Chairman along with other members of the team were excited to officially commence construction for our ribbon cutting ceremony on site, this also included a smoking ceremony and welcome to country by Nicheliving team member Jonathan Ford.

The team were honoured to be joined on site by Member of the Legislative Assembly, Lisa Baker, City of Stirling Mayor, Mark Irwin and the Local Councillor of Inglewood, Suzanne Migdale as well as our development architect Fred Zuideveld and development lenders NAB.
